Set up fees are payable by the client on all new matters when taken on by Kingston Collections £25.00

Issue of proceedings
If recovery has not been successful after the initial phone calls and letters (which can take 20/30 days to complete) we will then put an option for legal action to you : It is your choice to continue or not at this stage.

If court proceedings are issued, the following fixed charges are payable in addition to any percentage charge on monies recovered and are in ADDITION to fixed costs recovered from the debtor.

Defended Costs
Where a case becomes defended, every case will be assessed individually and we would discuss this with you.
